Maddie Oates joined the Cumberland Trust Special Needs Trust Administration team in 2023 as a Trust Specialist. In this role, Maddie supports a team of relationship managers and focuses on providing responsive and attentive service to clients. Prior to joining Cumberland Trust, she worked in early childhood education.

Maddie is a native of Nashville. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration-Corporate Management from Lipscomb University. Outside of work, Maddie enjoys spending time with friends and family.
