Sara Kate Nash joined Cumberland Trust in Estate and Postmortem Trust Administration in 2022. In her role as Vice President and Trust Officer, Sara Kate works with families and their legal, financial, and tax advisors administering estates and administrative trusts. Sara Kate focuses on being responsive, attentive, and understanding in order to build relationships with the clients she serves. Previously, she was Assistant Vice President and Trust Officer in Estate and Postmortem Trust Administration. Prior to joining Cumberland Trust, she practiced as an associate attorney with a bankruptcy firm.

Sara Kate holds a B.A in Journalism and English with a minor in French from Indiana University Bloomington. She received a J.D. from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis, Indiana. Sara Kate is licensed to practice law in Tennessee.
