Evelyn Metcalf joined Cumberland Trust in 2016 and serves as Assistant Vice President and Account Transfer Officer. As a senior member of the Asset Transfer team, she works closely with clients’ financial advisory teams and the client’s chosen financial institutions to facilitate account onboarding, asset transfers and subsequent changes to trusts’ assets. Her work helps to ensure a seamless transition of client accounts from account opening through administration. Evelyn also collaborates with the Compliance team to support accurate account opening, documentation and adherence to regulatory and internal requirements.

Prior to joining Cumberland Trust, Evelyn held positions in audit management, commercial relationship management and credit analysis, gaining broad experience from across the banking industry. This experience provides a strong foundation for supporting clients and for maintaining high standards of operational excellence.

Evelyn earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Baylor University, graduating with a double major in Economics and Finance.
