Natalicia Hosseinzadeh joined Cumberland Trust in 2018 and serves as an Assistant Vice President and Special Assets Officer. In this role, she specializes in working with unique, illiquid, and hard-to-value assets held in trust. Her work includes supporting the administration of trust-held real estate, oil, mineral, and gas interests, as well as LLC interests and other complex special assets for Cumberland Trust clients.

Natalicia also brings experience in personal trust administration, particularly working with clients who require an elevated level of care and specialized support services due to aging or other unique personal circumstances.

She earned a degree in Finance with a minor in Accounting from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Natalicia has been an active member of the National Association of Realtors® and the Greater Nashville Realtors® Association since 2017.
