Caitlyn Harris joined the Cumberland Trust legal team in 2026 and serves as Fiduciary Counsel. In this role, she is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and drafting documents related to incoming and transferring trusts, helping ensure a smooth process for clients and their advisors.

Prior to joining Cumberland Trust, Caitlyn served as a Trust Officer, where she administered a broad range of personal trusts. This experience provides her with valuable insight into the practical and relational aspects of trust administration, allowing her to approach her legal work with both technical experience and a client-centered perspective.

Caitlyn received a B.A. in Political Science from Louisiana State University and a J.D. from Belmont University College of Law. She is currently pursuing an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, with an expected graduation in May 2026. Caitlyn is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and is an active member of the Estate Planning Council of Middle Tennessee.
