Stephen Granberg joined Cumberland Trust in 2022. As a Special Assets Officer on the Special Asset Administration team, Stephen supports a team working with unique, illiquid, and hard-to-value assets held in trust. He assists with various tasks related to real estate; oil, mineral, gas interests; LLC interests and other special assets for Cumberland Trust’s clients.

Stephen holds a bachelor’s degree in Managerial Economics with a concentration in Business Economics from the University of California, Davis. He has held internships with Davos Investment Group, performing macroeconomic and market research; as well as Vault Investment Properties, working with real estate investment.

Outside of work, Stephen enjoys supporting charitable organizations that help raise funds for various non-profits, such as the USO.
