Caroline L. H. Bradshaw joined Cumberland Trust as a trust officer in 2007. Caroline is responsible for relationship management and account administration, with a focus on high-net-worth families and their needs. As a managing director of the personal trust administration department, she mentors trust officers and their teams, building connections with administrators, external advisors, and clients. Caroline also serves as the business development liaison, representing Cumberland externally and working closely with the Business Development team in evaluating new business opportunities.
Her previous experience includes working in the investment banking division of JP Morgan in the firm’s New York, Hong Kong, and Sydney, Australia offices and then in the managerial roles of Vice President and Senior Client Manager for JP Morgan’s Private Client Group in New York. Here she provided comprehensive investment management and trust services, while representing individuals and families in Texas and Louisiana.
Caroline holds a B.A. in Economics from Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts.
Caroline serves as a board member of the YWCA of Nashville and Middle Tennessee. She is also an active supporter of Cheekwood and the annual Swan Ball. Caroline is a regular speaker for industry events nationwide and has been a guest of the Wealth Matters radio show. She focuses on topics related to family governance structures, succession planning, and working with a corporate trustee.
