Caroline L. H. Bradshaw joined the Cumberland Trust team in 2007. As Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Administration, Caroline is responsible for relationship management and personal trust account administration, with a focus on high-net-worth families and their needs. Additionally, Caroline mentors trust officers and their teams, building lasting connections between Cumberland Trust’s relationship managers, external financial, legal, and tax advisors, and clients. She also serves as the business development liaison, representing Cumberland Trust externally and working closely with the Business Development team in evaluating new business opportunities.
Her previous experience includes working in the investment banking division of JP Morgan in the firm’s New York, Hong Kong, and Sydney, Australia offices. Then, in the managerial roles of Vice President and Senior Client Manager for JP Morgan’s Private Client Group in New York. During her time in JP Morgan’s Private Client Group, she provided comprehensive investment management and trust services, representing individuals and families in Texas and Louisiana.
Caroline holds a B.A. in Economics from Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts.
Caroline serves as a board member of the YWCA of Nashville and Middle Tennessee and on the board of directors for Humanities Tennessee. She is an active supporter of Cheekwood and the annual Swan Ball.
A regular speaker for industry events nationwide, Caroline focuses on topics related to high-net-worth families, such as succession planning, strategies to engage next generations, and partnering with a corporate trustee. Most recently, she was a featured speaker for the Cannon Financial Personal Trust School program in Nashville and a presenter to the Association of Trust Organizations at their 2024 annual meeting in Texas.
