Haley Barba joined Cumberland Trust in 2024. She serves as a Corporate Development Coordinator, helping to plan and coordinate corporate events and conferences while also supporting marketing and strategy initiatives aimed at growing Cumberland Trust’s reach across the country. Prior to joining Cumberland Trust, Haley worked as a Program Specialist for the city of Franklin, Tennessee where she coordinated the planning, promotion, and execution of public events.

Haley earned a degree in Hospitality Management from Ball State University.
