Mac Berklacich joined Cumberland Trust’s Legal team in 2024 and serves as Fiduciary Counsel. In this role, he reviews and drafts documents relating to incoming and transferring trusts. Prior, Mac worked for the State of Tennessee for four years as an Intelligence Analyst. Previously, he served two years in the United States Navy.

Mac received a B.A. in Russian Language and Cultural Studies from Sewanee: The University of the South and a M.A. in International Security from the Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver. He earned his J.D. from Belmont University College of Law.
