Coleman Kimbrough originally joined Cumberland Trust’s legal team in 2017 and now serves as Fiduciary Counsel. In this role, he reviews and drafts documents relating to incoming and transferring trusts. Originally from Memphis, Coleman previously worked as a law clerk for Teresa R. Hurst, Attorney. He also has experience as an intern for The Honorable Rhynette N. Hurd, Division V of Shelby County Circuit Court and for The Office of the United States Attorney for the Western District of Tennessee.

Coleman received a B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy from Mississippi State University (magna cum laude) and earned his J.D. from the University of Memphis School of Law (magna cum laude). In May of 2024, Coleman received his Master of Theological Studies from Saint John’s School of Theology in Collegeville, MN. He is licensed to practice law in Tennessee.
