David Shetler joined the Cumberland Trust team in 2020. David serves as a Special Assets Specialist, working with unique, illiquid, and hard-to-value assets held in trust. He assists with various tasks related to real estate; oil, mineral, gas interests; LLC interests and other special assets for Cumberland Trust’s clients. Previously, David interned at Valmont Investments and ECOM USA working with real estate and commodities.

David holds a bachelor's degree in economics with a minor in business finance from Sewanee: The University of the South, Sewanee, Tennessee.
